Working with kiddos is rewarding—but exposure to colds, flus, hand, foot and mouth disease, and other illnesses can leave you feeling run down. I’ve created a gentle, immune-supportive tea that helps soothe sore throats, ease mild ear discomfort, and support your respiratory system.
Herbs and Their Benefits
- Fresh Ginger: Warms the body, supports immunity, and soothes throat and ear inflammation.
- Mint (Peppermint or Spearmint): Opens nasal passages, eases throat irritation, and refreshes the senses.
- Fennel Seed: Supports digestion, reduces throat inflammation, and offers gentle antimicrobial action.
- Sage Leaf: Calms inflamed throats, helps with mild ear discomfort, and has antimicrobial properties.
- Licorice Root: Coats and soothes the throat, eases coughs, and supports lungs and respiratory health.
- Dandelion Root: Helps detoxify the liver and blood, supporting overall wellness.
- Mullein: A gentle powerhouse for respiratory support—soothes the throat, eases ear discomfort, and helps clear lungs and congestion.
