Energy is everywhere. It flows through our bodies, our emotions, and our spirits. Sometimes that flow gets stuck, stagnant, or out of balance—and that’s when you might feel off, drained, or disconnected. One of the most powerful ways to reconnect with your energy and realign your body, mind, and spirit is through the combination of pendulums, chakra stones, and Reiki.

Pendulums have been used for centuries as tools of divination, energy detection, and spiritual guidance. My pendulum, however, is not just any pendulum—it’s unique and handcrafted by my massage therapy teacher during my massage school days. She carefully created each pendulum to reflect the personality and energy of each student. This personal connection amplifies its effectiveness: the energy of intention, love, and mindfulness is already infused into the tool, making it resonate deeply with the individual.

Chakra Stones & Their Healing Properties
Chakra stones are used to clear, balance, and realign your body’s energy centers. Each stone corresponds to a specific chakra, supporting its unique function—whether it’s grounding, creativity, love, communication, intuition, or spiritual connection.
During a session, I carefully place the stones and work with energy through Reiki to release stagnant energy, recalibrate the flow, and promote balance. This is not a quick fix; energy work takes time, intention, and consistent practice.
Reiki: Gentle Energy Alignment
I’ve been practicing Reiki since 2011, learning to channel universal energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Reiki works beautifully alongside pendulums and chakra stones to amplify the clearing and alignment process. During a session, the combination of Reiki, stones, and pendulum allows for a deep energetic reset.
It’s normal to feel shifts during or after a session—sometimes it can be uncomfortable as old energy surfaces. This is a sign that transformation is happening. Rather than stopping the work, it’s an opportunity to explore your growth, work with your healer, and continue integrating these energies into your daily life.
