Guide to Laying Down Meditation in Nature
First and foremost, if you only have time to do this in your back porch or in a near park this is perfect! My favorite is it lay near a tree and under the beautiful branches that cover me with it’s shade. To feel the breeze and listen to her energy. This helps to balance out your own energy and gain strength for the next days to come. Remember to take care of yourself!

Note to anyone who does this:
You might fall asleep. This is fine. Our minds and body and soul need to relax. After my meditation I spent an hr sleeping on my back porch. I enjoyed the wind and all the birds chirping in the trees. As I woke I saw the green leaves above me swaying in such rawness as we are suppose to be. Raw in nature. Raw in our body and soul. Remember self care wont happen to you and no one will hold your hand and make you take the time for you. So, Im reminding you that you are amazing and its time to listen to the voice within and take some time in nature.
Till next time
